Dr. Shelly Mullen:
Dr. Mullen is a long-time resident of the southside, having grown up in Perry 
Township and gone to Perry Meridian high school.  After graduating with a 
Bachelor's of Science degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, she went on toobtain her DVM degree from Purdue University.  She has worked on the
 eastside for several years before taking the big step to follow her dream and 
open her own hospital.  When she is not working to improve the lives of her patients, she has
 many interests at home and in the community to keep her busy.  She is very active in her church
 teaching Sunday School and volunteering every summer at a children's camp.  She enjoys gardening, hiking, and white-water rafting.                                         At home, her four dogs fill her life with adventure (and
 misadventure!).  Also, she is very close to her family and friends in the area.
